Nationally Recognised Qualification
Building a strong foundation

Complete your training and get a nationally recognised qualification.

As your group training organisation, we;

  • Undertake the recruitment, employment and induction of apprentices and trainees
  • Work with an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network Provider to arrange the sign up of the training contract
  • Facilitate the enrolment, completion of the training plan and scheduling of the off-the-job training with the Registered Training Organisation
  • Take care of the payroll, taxation, superannuation and other employer related requirements
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to host employers and apprentices/trainees throughout the duration of the apprenticeship/traineeship
  • Give you the ability to scale your apprentice and trainee numbers for projects or operational requirements, then rotate or transfer them to a different host employer
  • Manage the administration of the training contract and claiming of incentives

Cost-Effective – Reduced costs

We take care of the following so you can focus on running and growing your business:

  • the government paperwork, administration, recruitment, management and support for your apprentices and trainees;
  • all wages/payroll, superannuation, leave and employment records
  • the administration of the state and federal government incentives (if eligible).

Only pay for when your apprentice or trainee works for you – we cover the cost of ‘non-work’ days, including sick leave, public holidays, annual leave and time spent at off the job training.

We organise and pay for the training delivered by the Registered Training Organisation

Flexibility – Rotation of apprentices and trainees

We can rotate or transfer apprentices or trainees to different host employers where you may not be able to:

  • commit to the full duration of the training contract; or
  • provide the full range of work or on the job training to meet the requirements of the qualification
