Daniel is both a Director and shareholder of PGC. Dan’s responsibility is developing new business opportunities across the group and managing client key relationships. With over 10 years’ experience with PGC after a long-standing career in construction, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge of the industry and is passionate about delivering first class outcomes for our client partners.

Ryan Fernie

General Manager Training

Ryan brings over 20 years experience in the Training industry from both a government and training organisation perspective. Responsible for strategy development and implementation, operational performance and driving growth in both our GTO and RTO businesses, Ryan gets the most satisfaction in providing the highest quality training outcomes for our students and apprentices.

Liz Bird

Manager WA Workforce

Bringing over 15 years Recruitment & HR Experience both in Western Australia and abroad, Liz is responsible for Managing the West Australian Workforce business. With a passion for delivering great outcomes for our key clients and leading a tight knit highly engaged team Liz gets the most satisfaction from seeing her team grow and develop whilst delivering great outcomes for our field-based team and clients.

Jodie Davies

Manager QLD Workforce

With 11 years’ experience in the industry Jodie joined PGC in 2018 as a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator for our QLD Business. Quickly establishing herself as a critical thinker and the ability to build great working relationships Jodie was appointed as the QLD Manager in 2021. Since then Jodie has continued her success in driving significant growth in the QLD operations including 47% revenue growth in 2022/23 Financial Year. Jodie is passionate about embracing Digital Streamlining technology and heads up our focus in this area.

Allison Lamb

Manager RTO

Allisons 30 years of experience in Managing successful RTO businesses, brings great benefit to PGC with the integration of Consolidated Training Services into the PGC Group. Passionate about delivering the highest quality High Risk and Earthmoving training, Allison is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Training campus in Cockburn ensuring students receive the highest and most in depth training available in the market today.

Jacinta Hughes

Client & Relationship Manager

Beginning her journey with PGC in 2019 Jacinta quickly established herself as a very astute and high performing leader in our workforce business. Progressing from a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator into the Manager of the Recruitment and Mobilisation brings energy and great relationship building skills to the business. In early 2024 Jacinta moved into a newly created position of Client & Relationship Manager ensuring success of delivery of our services and building long lasting and strong relationships with our key client partners and field team members which is invaluable for our future success.
