Daniel is both a Director and shareholder of PGC. Dan’s responsibility is developing new business opportunities across the group and managing client key relationships. With over 10 years’ experience with PGC after a long-standing career in construction, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge of the industry and is passionate about delivering first class outcomes for our client partners.
Ryan Fernie
Director Training
Ryan brings over 20 years experience in the Training industry from both a government and training organisation perspective. Responsible for strategy development and implementation, operational performance and driving growth in both our GTO and RTO businesses, Ryan gets the most satisfaction in providing the highest quality training outcomes for our students and apprentices.
Jodie Davies
Director QLD
With a career in the industry since 2013, Jodie joined PGC in 2018 as a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator for our QLD Business. Quickly establishing herself as a critical thinker with the ability to build great working relationships, Jodie was appointed QLD Manager in 2021 and further elevated to Director for our QLD Business in 2024. Jodie has continued her success in driving significant growth in the QLD operations, including 47% revenue growth in the 2022/23 Financial Year. Jodie is passionate about embracing digital streamlining technology and heads up our focus in this area.
Jacinta Hughes
Manager WA Workforce
Beginning her journey with PGC in 2019 Jacinta quickly established herself as a very astute and high performing leader in our workforce business. Progressing from a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator into the Manager of the Recruitment and Mobilisation Jacinta brings energy and great relationship building skills to the business. In early 2025 Jacinta moved into a Manager WA Workforce continuing her career progression with the business. Jacinta ensures the successful of delivery of our workforce services and building long lasting strong relationships with our key client partners and field team members.

RTO Manager
With over 15 years experience in the Training Industry Clinton brings a wealth of experience to our RTO business. With a passion for delivering industry leading training and providing first rate customer service, Clinton is an in valuable member of the PGC team and our drive to become Australia’s leading RTO for Australian Industry.
Louisa Hughes
GTO Manager
Commencing in our WA workforce business in 2021 Lou quickly established herself as a passionate and very capable team member that has a great ability to build trusted relationship with clients and team members alike. On establishment of our GTO business an opportunity to become our GTO Manager presented itself and is a position where Lou can use her greatest strengths in building trusted relationships as well as her passion for developing young peoples skills and industry experience
